The Role:

Who We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proven track record in managing design workflows, coordinating teams, and delivering high-quality projects.
• High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Rendering skills in Lumion or Enscape are a plus.
• Solid understanding of building regulations and submission processes, ideally within the Singapore or Malaysia context.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Building Information Modeling Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models of mechanical, ventilation, and plumbing (MVP) systems. Your primary tasks will include creating detailed shop drawings, sections, and details from the model for fabrication, installation, and coordination with other building systems.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. You will participate in BIM coordination meetings to identify potential conflicts and resolve them efficiently. Additionally, you will utilize clash detection software to detect clashes early in the design process and implement solutions accordingly.

You will embed relevant data into the model, including material specifications, manufacturer details, installation instructions, and maintenance schedules. It is essential to maintain the integrity and consistency of the model throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest revisions.

You will be responsible for producing Autocad and BIM (Revit drawings), coordinating with consultants and subcontractors the BIM Model for the project. Attending BIM weekly meetings, coordination meetings and ensuring that submittals are in line with the Singapore BIM Guidelines and Project BIM requirements and Project timelines / programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Maintaining standards throughout the various stages of the design drawings and following the Design workflow
• Ensuring compliancy with local standards and International Building Codes (BCA Guidelines and Singapore BIM Guidelines)
• To support the Site Manager and Coordinators by providing BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication

Skills Requirements

• Ability to work well in teamwork and takes a proactive approach to work
