Main Responsibilities:

• Proficient in using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD etc BIM/CAD software.
• Manage internal coordination drawing schedules and subcontractor model updates.
• Coordinate with project coordinators to deliver projects.
• P production and maintaining of drawings from BIM (Revit) models and ensure proper transmission of data to parties involved.
• Ensure detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.
• Quality management includes implementing quality recordings, analysing results, and formulating action plans for continuous improvement.
• Well knowledge on BIM modelling, BIM implementation, and BIM data transmission.
• Ensure BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) are followed.
• Ad-hoc matters assigned by the PM for project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture / Engineering / Construction related fields.
• BCA trained/certified BIM course will be preferred. Residential project experience will be preferred.
• Multi-disciplines required: Architectural, Structural, MEP:
• - Minimum 5 years' experience for BIM coordinator role.

You will be part of our Design Management team to support on planning and design matters for feasibility studies, development/redevelopment projects, AEIs, etc. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design aspects of real estate projects, ensuring that they align with our company's vision and standards.

Depending on the nature and stage of each project, your roles may include, but are not limited to:

1. To assist the team on planning, managing and executing design deliverables for feasibility studies, development/ redevelopment projects and AEIs. Deliverables include space planning, ideation, design visioning, testing efficiencies, formulating product narratives, conducting site analysis, preparing design brief, etc.
2. To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during development stages by reviewing design details, shop-drawings, mock-ups, site works in adherence to project deliverables, operational requirements, local statutory codes and regulations, etc.
3. To assist the team on conducting research and competitor analysis to keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovative design solutions, good practices, etc.
4. Other tasks that may arise during the regular course of project design and delivery.

• A recognised degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 3 years working experience in the field of Architecture or construction industry.
• Knowledge of local statutory codes, construction materials, methods and authority procedures.
• Creativity, imagination and sound design sense. Good 3-dimensional awareness is required.
• Good communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize designs and communicate them to others.
• Proficient in design software e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite. Proficient in parametric modeling tools e.g. Rhino Grasshopper is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Director of Design Management assigns projects and tasks to individual Design Managers, monitors their progress and ensures alignment with project budgets and schedules. They are also responsible for leading the design consultant selection effort.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills that can achieve high quality standards while carefully considering cost and feasibility factors.
