This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of coffee extraction techniques, milk texturing, sensory calibration, and the preparation of a wide range of pre-batched or pre-prepared beverages (such as cold brew, matcha, house-made syrups, and non-coffee drinks).

· Execute precise preparation of espresso-based beverages, including calibration of grinders, daily dial-ins, shot profiling, and milk steaming to specialty standards (SCA-level preferred).
· Prepare and batch cold and hot beverages such as matcha lattes, cold brew, teas, smoothies, seasonal drinks, and functional beverages, adhering to standardized recipes and SOPs.
· Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) and perform basic preventive maintenance.
· Participate in the R&D and seasonal development of beverages, including the creation of signature drinks or improvements to existing menu items.
· Maintain mise en place for beverage stations, including fresh stock of garnishes, syrups, bases, and cleaning supplies.
· Engage with guests, delivering product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences, dietary requirements, or curiosity.
