As a Bar Service Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the constant supply of beverage stock and setting up assigned bars. You will requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.

Your responsibilities will include requisitioning and stocking beverages, maintaining stock levels, preparing and curing fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality. Additionally, you will take orders for drinks, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes, and practice prudent portion control.

• Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control.
• Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
• Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items
• Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized

To succeed in this role, you should have a good command of spoken English, a pleasant and outgoing personality, and strong team player skills with good communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a positive service attitude and be coachable.

You must be able to work on weekends and public holidays, and preferably have experience working in a similar environment.
