Compensation & Benefits Manager to be a strategic partner to our business units. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of various compensation and benefits programs. Your role is to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are aligned with business objectives and talent strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Compensation Center of Excellence (COE): Lead job analysis, market analysis, and pay reviews to develop compensation recommendations. Conduct job evaluations and partner with HR and managers to create and revise job descriptions.
- Group Payroll & Benefits: Own payroll for Group employees and Senior Executives, particularly those in Singapore, and provide oversight for other locations. Serve as the primary contact for C&B-related inquiries for Group employees.
- Compensation Strategy & Review: Lead cyclical compensation reviews, including market benchmarking, budget recommendations, and compensation planning. Advise leaders and HR partners on our compensation programs and philosophy.
- Data Analysis & Compliance: Analyze market trends and leverage data to stay informed on pay legislation and competitive intelligence. Ensure adherence to compensation programs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least 3 years in a global or regional role.
- In-depth knowledge of global compensation practices, regulations, and market trends.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and compensation tools (e.g., Mercer, Towers Watson, Payfactors, AON).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives and employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects, managing change, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in high-growth, multinational organizations is preferred.
