The Assistant Behavior Therapist/Technician is the entry level position, which implements the child's ABA (Applied BehaviorAnalysis) therapy/learning program, under the supervision of our Lead Technician, and using the overall program designed specifically for each child by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
You will work to help the child in all core areas - language skills, cognitive skills, gross and fine motor skills, socialization and play, behavior management, classroom and group skills.
ABC Center is an expert at ABA therapy, with us you will be able to grow their skills in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, which is the most clinically proven to help children with autism, and is recognized by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the US Surgeon General and the Singapore Ministry of Health.
Skills and expertise in this field will allow for career growth. Training and supervision is in line with our global training program, and under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Assistant Behavior Therapists/Technicians must have a passion for helping individuals with autism. While background courses in psychology or education is preferred, specific knowledge in ABA therapy is not required, as successful candidates will undergo ABC Center's rigorous training program to learn ABA therapy.
