• Track performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
• Handle daily operations, including customer complaints, staff motivation, coaching, and paperwork.
• Manage staff responsibilities while performing hair treatments when necessary.
• Schedule employee shifts and oversee annual leaves/medical leaves.
• Train and develop staff to maximize performance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving outlet KPIs and driving business growth through effective leadership and management skills.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience with proven KPI success in a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and repeat visits.
