Job Responsibilities:
- Drink Preparation & Service
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
· Mix cocktails and other drinks based on standard or custom recipes
· Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation
· Recommend beverages based on customer preferences
- Customer Interaction
· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Handle special requests or complaints politely and promptly
- Inventory & Stock Management
· Monitor bar stock and restock as needed
· Receive and check incoming stock
· Assist in monthly stock-taking and reporting
- Cleanliness & Hygiene
· Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, and glassware
· Follow hygiene and safety regulations strictly
- Collaboration & Support
· Work closely with service crew and KTV hosts to serve customers efficiently
· Help in simple F&B serving tasks if needed
- 6 Days work week / 10 hours a day (1 hrs break)

Descripción
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas enfocadas en el Servicio de Seguridad.
Identificar y captar nuevos clientes en el sector de servicios empresariales.
Supervisar y liderar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Realizar análisis de mercado para detectar oportunidades de negocio en Lima y principales provincias.
Establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con los clientes actuales y potenciales.
Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el rendimiento del equipo y el cumplimiento de metas.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Optimizar procesos de ventas para maximizar la eficiencia y los resultados.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Título profesional en Administración, Marketing o carreras afines.
Conocimiento sólido en estrategias de ventas y gestión de equipos.
Experiencia previa en el sector de servicios empresariales, preferiblemente en Servicio de Seguridad.
Habilidad para negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales exitosos/as.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con objetivos establecidos.
Residencia en Santiago de Surco o disponibilidad para trasladarse a esta ubicación.
