Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, personalised service. Take and process orders accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and proactively promote and upsell products to meet store targets.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's tea products, brewing methods, and promotions to effectively engage with customers, answer their questions, and make recommendations.
Store Operations & Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including the tea bar counter, equipment, and customer-facing areas. Restock and replenish products and supplies regularly.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
Health & Safety:
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
Minimum Requirements
