Job Summary
This role involves providing financial analysis support to the banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating sales incentives for wealth and retail banking roles, as well as assisting during the annual incentive planning process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Calculate sales incentives for wealth and retail banking roles.
- Analyze sales behavior and trends, run multiple scenario simulations, and conduct cost-income analysis.
- Resolve queries from the front-end sales force in a timely manner.
- Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.
- Document procedure changes to ensure audit compliance.
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities for sales incentives.
- Perform data massaging, data validation, and feature engineering for raw datasets.
- Conduct User Acceptance Test (when required).
- Understand sales incentive schemes for all wealth and retail banking sales forces.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in Sales Incentive/Performance teams in any financial institution.
- Good technical skills (MS Excel, SQL) are an advantage.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and have the drive to learn.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
