As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the product, from conceptualization to Go-To-Market (GTM) execution. Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Planning & Design:
• Develop and design the financial product, ensuring it meets the needs of the gaming community, including the benefits scheme as well as establishing the strategic partnerships.

• C ordinate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to drive product execution.
2. Market Research & Data Analysis:
• C nduct in-depth research on gaming users’ spending habits to refine product offerings.
• Ana yse industry trends and competitive products to identify unique advantages.
• U e data analytics to optimize user conversion and retention rates.
3. Financial Modelling & Business Optimization:
• P rform financial modelling to assess product revenue, costs, and profitability.
• R search collaboration models and financial institutions to determine the best partnership structures.
• D velop pricing strategies and revenue models to ensure long-term product viability.
4. Product Launch & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:
• D sign and execute product launch plans, including marketing, distribution channels, and user acquisition strategies.
• C llaborate with marketing and community teams to integrate the product into gaming ecosystems.
• G ther user feedback post-launch and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
5. Experience in Gaming & Financial Products:
• 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in gaming, fintech, or card schemes.
• S rong understanding of gaming markets, user behaviour, and financial services.
6. Data Analysis & Financial Modelling:
• P oficiency in data analysis to drive product optimization and business strategy.
• E perience in financial modelling and revenue forecasting, particularly in card or payment-related products.
7. Product Management Expertise:
• P oven ability to design and launch products from scratch.
• K owledge of user experience optimization, payment security, and risk control in financial products.
8. Business Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• E perience working with banks, or payment institutions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
