Job Description:

  • Support Foundation Grant programme and Impact Beyond Award
  • Assist in preparing the necessary documentation for the Impact Beyond Award launch and the Grant programme
  • Assist in the evaluation process through preparing of documentation, preparation of evaluation portal and volunteer management
  • Work with GCIM team to organise the year end progress reports and assist data management for impact measurement; and Sustainability report
  • To assist in the data migration from our existing platform to the new Smart Simple Platform

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in project management, programme coordination, or administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. To manage and track progress to the timely completion of our projects (both tech and non-tech).

2. To know our trust system well, to be able to prepare business requirements for system changes and report formats, and to determine if data is available from our trust system.

3. To monitor, mitigate and rectify of risk exposure for the Private Trust business including investment risk, AML compliance risk, operational risk, regulatory risk, fiduciary risk, etc.

7. Review of batch screening and manual screening alerts, investigate high risk clients and reporting where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtaining all necessary documentation

Requirements:
