Key Responsibilities:
Client Support and Relationship Management

The successful candidate will assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in providing high-quality client servicing, ensuring smooth operational processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform periodic KYC reviews for existing clients and assist with preliminary checks for new client onboarding when required.
- Support RMs in order execution and client communication , including handling trade instructions via phone.
- Ensure all transaction and account documents are accurately prepared, organized, and submitted to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Handle post-account opening activities , such as preparing welcome packages, AI opt-in letters, and related documentation.
- Prepare and verify documents in compliance with MAS regulations and internal procedures .
