The newly established Banking Operations team is instrumental in ensuring Wise delivers outstanding service and protects customer money through excellence in banking operations. This includes proactively troubleshooting complex system issues and acting as a core member of the bank partner incident management team to minimize disruptions and reduce operational load.
- Work on New Integrations & Strategic Expansion: Drive the operational readiness and execution for new banking partner integrations, payment routes, and currency launches. You'll ensure smooth, low-risk rollouts, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and support strategic alignment as Wise continues its rapid global expansion.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Establish, define, and track key operational KPIs and metrics related to banking partner performance. You'll design reporting frameworks and generate strategic insights that inform critical company decisions and guide our overall banking strategy.

As part of the Technology Project Office team, the Project Manager is responsible for providing project management oversight for projects within corporate and/or consumer domain that requires the coordination of development work or technology work, as well as associated integration components / services to achieve desired functionality. The PM would provide leadership to guide and coach team members, liaise with business partners and external vendors.
The role requires end-to-end oversight and hands-on project management skills through initiation, planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation as well as rollout/stabilization and entails regular contacts with both Technology and Business stakeholders. The project manager is to provide timely updates to all governance bodies and senior stakeholders on the progress of the projects, impacts to projects, major milestones and risks to projects on a regular as well as need-to basis. The position requires direct involvement in solution architecture discussions to enable the progressive build of a Service Oriented Architecture around the technology platform.
The project manager is also expected to be liaise with external vendors, monitor and coordinate efforts between multiple vendors in the seamless delivery of the project.
He/she should work in partnership with Business stakeholders and Operations and Technology to deliver projects with agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.
