We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager. In this role, you will lead and coordinate digital initiatives across the organization, focusing on enhancing client experiences, improving operational efficiency, and supporting IT, digital transformation projects within our brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end digital projects (web/mobile platforms, trading systems, CRM, client onboarding tools, etc.)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (trading, compliance, operations, IT, marketing) to gather business requirements and define project scope
Liaise with external vendors and technology partners to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
Oversee the project lifecycle including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and reporting
Drive agile/scrum practices and ensure timely communication across teams
Monitor project KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, and continuously identify areas for improvement
Ensure all digital solutions comply with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
5+ years of project management experience, ideally in financial services, brokerage, or fintech
Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools relevant to trading or brokerage environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP or similar certifications are a plus
Familiarity with MAS regulations or brokerage operations in Singapore

About the Role
The Product Specialist role at AlphaSense lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. Product Specialists are tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense while helping to drive adoption.
