What You'll Be Doing:- Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savoury items (e.g. muffins, brownies, quiches, croissants, mini bites)
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all baked items
- Work with kitchen and operations team to fulfil daily catering and bulk orders
- Assist in R&D and seasonal menu development
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Prior experience in baking or working in a bakery, café or catering kitchen (home bakers welcome to apply if consistent)
- Familiar with using commercial ovens and baking equipment
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently, meet timelines, and manage batch production
- Willing to work early hours and weekends (5.5 day work week)
