- A PhD with at least 2 years of consulting or non-consulting experience in relevant industries (e.g. pharma, banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, start-up, hospital management, etc.)

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire a Senior Strategy & Enablement Consulting Lead, for the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Segment within our worldwide Portfolio Strategy & Enablement (PSE) group. This is a global position that plays a key role in shaping, positioning, and supporting the global strategic direction and revenue growth for EAM solutions. As part of the PSE group, this role is integral to driving alignment across sales, marketing, product and services teams worldwide to achieve Hexagon’s objectives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the definition and development of strategy and supporting the development of EAM portfolio segment Go-To-Market enablement packages. Emphasis will be enabling those field-based stakeholders who drive Hexagon’s EAM growth-oriented business plan globally. You must be capable of articulating the business value of processes and technology for the EAM portfolio, which serves many verticals and geographic sectors, in an authentic and enthusiastic way, demonstrating proficiency in solving complex business problems for targeted industries. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts within the EAM Segment. This position requires a degree of self-direction and decision-making enabling the incumbent to work under minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally in support of Hexagon’s EAM segment business plan, strategy, and goals
• Produce and maintain high-quality Go-To-Market packages, documented in accordance with PSE standards and processes
• Analyze and respond to available market data (e.g. sizing, trend analysis, industry research, analyst research) to maintain knowledge of global market conditions related to target industry segments, verticals, and geographies.
• Collaborate with Hexagon’s Sales, Pre-Sales and Services teams to develop and influence outcome-based strategies and solutions based on Hexagon software solutions in all applicable vertical sectors
• Build standardized business cases for implementing EAM segment software solutions
• Collaborate with Hexagon Marketing to effectively position Hexagon software solutions in various geographical and vertical markets
• Develop and deliver internal sales enablement and training programs for sales and pre-sales consultants, including design and delivery of various tools in accordance with PSE processes and standards.
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an international organization, including engagement with or support of technologies, supporting the Operating and Maintaining aspects of the asset lifecycle, preferably in an EAM solution providing organization, ideally with customers in Asset Intensive and Process Manufacturing industries.

Demonstrated skills and/or experience in:
Financial evaluations to support investment decisions.
Financial modelling with a strong understanding of valuation concepts (e.g., NPV, IRR).
Critical thinking and reasoning.
Dealing with ambiguous and constantly changing situations.
Working in a global business across different geographies and with a variety of teams.
Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to structure and present complex ideas and information in a simple, articulate, balanced, and persuasive way.
Commercial negotiations experience and knowledge of commercial and business planning systems.

About the role
We are looking for a Principal Advisor, Business Analysis to join our Commercial Business Analysis team in Singapore. This role provides a great opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders and provide advice to the Buy, Sell, and Move teams within the Commercial organization and strategic insights into investment decisions to help shape the future for Rio Tinto.
