Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Account Management
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across Supermoms social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor engagement and trends, and respond to comments or inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent tone
Content Curation & Creation
• Support the creation of engaging visuals, short-form videos, and captions tailored for our parenting community
• Curate relevant articles, user-generated content, or partner materials for social sharingCustomer Experience
• Assist in gathering user feedback and responding to parent queries with empathy and clarity
• Help maintain a smooth customer journey across our digital touchpointsEvent Activation
• Support the planning and execution of both physical and virtual parenting events, workshops, and campaigns
• Help coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors/partners, and provide on-ground or online event support Requirements:

Profile:
We are looking for an innovative Product Lead to take the lead in shaping our B2C e-commerce platforms (WordPress/WooCommerce) while also supporting the B2B Product Manager with internal systems and integrations.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our digital growth, driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across omni-channel touchpoints. You will ensure our platforms are scalable, reliable, and future-ready, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that elevate both customer and business experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2C E-Commerce Product Ownership
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our WooCommerce website, including UX/UI optimization, product listings, checkout, and omni-channel integrations.
- Partner with marketing, design, and operations to ensure product features and user journeys are well supported and optimized.
- Run growth experiments and continuous iterations to improve conversion and retention.
2. Internal Systems & Integrations
- Work with and support the B2B Product Manager, ensuring deliverables are aligned with business goals and delivered effectively.
- Collaborate with the IT team on enhancements to internal systems, making sure workflows for sales, invoicing, inventory, and business accounts remain efficient and reliable.
- Actively gather requirements, priorities needs, and follow through with IT and business stakeholders to ensure integrations with the e-commerce platform are delivered effectively.
- Stay accountable for business outcomes by ensuring system initiatives support overall product goals and generate measurable impact.
3. Cross-Functional Product Delivery
- Translate business goals into clear product priorities and execution plans, collaborating with IT, retail, marketing, and operations teams.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and testing processes with the IT team and external vendors.
- Share progress, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
4. Data-Driven Product Strategy
- Define and track KPIs for e-commerce and internal systems to monitor performance and customer journeys.
- Use customer insights, competitive benchmarks, and market research to refine product roadmaps.
- Encourage experimentation, iteration, and customer-centric design thinking across initiatives.
