Responsibilities:- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute short- and long-term B2B marketing strategies for the Japanese market.
- Lead customer acquisition, demand generation, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Optimize lead generation funnels to consistently deliver qualified leads to sales.
- Track, measure, and analyze KPIs, adjusting campaigns based on performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide positioning and messaging.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in the local market, ensuring project alignment and satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines, client communications, campaign delivery, and reporting.
- Lead proposal creation and present marketing recommendations that meet client goals.
- Ensure campaigns align with both client objectives and internal standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & General Support
- Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives based on customer insights and market trends.
- Mentor junior team members and support local staff training in the local region
- Continuously evolve marketing approaches to stay ahead in a dynamic market landscape.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in lead/demand generation and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies: content, email, SEO, social, paid media, etc.
- Proven experience working in or with the local market—cultural insight and professional fluency required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and campaign reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and tech-savvy
