Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques,and sales skills
Demonstrated understanding of strategic selling principles and order management
Ability to dig deeper into an organization and take advantage of cross and upsell opportunities.
Successful track record of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent over achievement against targets.

Requirements
Possess the relevant qualifications and/or be proficient in the following areas:
Minimally Five (3-5) years hands-on experience in administration of servers and Cloud Operations (AWS and Azure).
Working experience with ECS and EKS in AWS
Good working experience with Linux platform
Working experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare ESXis & vCenter, Nutanix, Azure and AWS experience
Knowledgeable in Windows Operating Systems 2012/2016/2019/2022 Server
Preferably experience in Commvault/Netbackup Veritas Backup Products

Preferably certified in RHEL, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), ITIL or equivalent.

Responsibilities
Install and configure software and hardware
Manage servers and other related technology tools
Set up accounts and servers
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Work with users and vendors to take timely and appropriate steps to resolve and troubleshoot issues impacting service levels and conduct root cause analysis
Ensure security through access controls, backups and hosts firewalls
Ensure patching is done monthly and systems are upgraded with new releases and models
Ensure systems always comply with security policies, including vulnerability assessment, patching, and hardening.
Respond promptly to Incidents and SRs
Generate and Review Accounts monthly or as per required
Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the computer system.
Providing technical support when requested within and after office hours
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Infrastructure Engineer (L2/L3) experienced in managing hybrid and multi-cloud environments on AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in infrastructure management, cloud migrations, and DevSecOps practices, along with a strong understanding of automation, security, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management (L2/L3):
Provide Level 2 and 3 operational support across AWS and Azure environments.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, and cost.
Configure and manage compute, storage, networking, and identity services across both platforms.
Cloud Migration:
Lead and support cloud migration projects from on-prem to AWS/Azure or between clouds.
Use tools like AWS Migration Hub, Azure Migrate, CloudEndure, DMS, ASR.
Conduct workload discovery, assessment, planning, testing, and execution.
DevSecOps & Automation:
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
Automate infrastructure using Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
Integrate security testing (SAST/DAST), policy-as-code, and compliance into pipelines.

Ensure infrastructure meets security frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA).
Conduct regular security audits, patching, and risk remediation.
Monitoring and Incident Management:
Set up and manage observability stacks (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
Create runbooks, alerts, and dashboards for proactive infrastructure management.
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams.
Maintain detailed architecture diagrams, process documents, and knowledge base articles.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cloud governance frameworks.
Exposure to serverless technologies and event-driven architectures.
ITIL or SRE practices knowledge is a plus.
Certifications Required:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Solutions Architect Expert
One security-focused certification (e.g., AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft SC-200, CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
