About the job

  • Architect & Implement: Design, deploy, and maintain our IAM infrastructure, with a primary focus on the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of a system-agnostic role model to improve authorization management.
  • Gather and assess new business requirements for the continuous evolution of the IAM platform.
  • Define technical needs and coordinate with external vendors and support partners.
  • Provide 24x7 Level 2/3 operational support and incident resolution for the IAM solution.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on initiatives to improve system availability and response time.
  • Document requirements and coordinate the deployment of system enhancements.
  • Plan and conduct technical training for users and support staff on assigned applications.
  • Partner with other departments on continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills and experience required
