About the job
- Architect & Implement: Design, deploy, and maintain our IAM infrastructure, with a primary focus on the Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of a system-agnostic role model to improve authorization management.
- Gather and assess new business requirements for the continuous evolution of the IAM platform.
- Define technical needs and coordinate with external vendors and support partners.
- Provide 24x7 Level 2/3 operational support and incident resolution for the IAM solution.
- Collaborate with IT teams on initiatives to improve system availability and response time.
- Document requirements and coordinate the deployment of system enhancements.
- Plan and conduct technical training for users and support staff on assigned applications.
- Partner with other departments on continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Skills and experience required
