1. Usage Support Services

To conduct staff (hands-on) on setup of technology in the classroom (AV/IT Equipment, Apple TV) (class technology representatives & Media/Infocomm Club CCA).

To perform AV and media related functions assigned by the school's Principal, Vice-Principals, AM or HOD/ICT.

To assist in National Exam's AV/IT setup.

To assist ICT Manager to solve/troubleshoot PLD's devices' issues (include DMA matters) for students and staff.

2. Maintenance Services

To perform scheduled maintenance and assess usability of AVA equipment (Audio, Visual, Video and Media) in all classrooms and Specialised Rooms (e.g. AVA, PA in the General Office and Sound Systems in the Assembly Area, Hall, ISH)

To liaise with school personnel (OM/HoD ICT) and see to the services, installation, servicing, assist in procurement and repairs of AV/IT equipment with external vendor,

3. Troubleshooting Services

To provide technical support for staff in the event when equipment do not function properly in the classroom (e.g. Projectors, visualises, Apple TV).

4. Administrative and Housekeeping Services

To facilitate loan of AV equipment to students/staff for official school activities.

To perform documentation in loaning of IT/AV resources and to ensure proper authorization regarding signing in/out of school's equipment.

To update regularly equipment Loan Book, maintenance / damage reports, machine logs, inventory tagging, categorise equipment functionality.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive (Programme) is a key member of the Active Ageing Centre (AAC) team responsible for planning, implementing, and managing programmes and services that promote active and healthy ageing. Reporting to the Centre Supervisor, this role encompasses programme delivery, community engagement, and operational support to ensure seniors aged 60 and above, receive high-quality, person-centered services across the five Active Ageing Programme domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Planning & Implementation

  • Develop and organize programmes aligned with the five domains of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP): Physical, Cognitive, Social, Learning, and Volunteerism
  • Plan and execute daily activities including workshops, wellness sessions, and community events to enhance seniors' well-being
  • Source and coordinate external trainers and facilitators ensuring quality standards and programme alignment
  • Co-facilitate programmes when required and provide backup facilitation support
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness through participant feedback, attendance tracking, and outcome measurement
  • Support Centre Supervisor in programme planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Conduct targeted outreach efforts including door-knocking campaigns, home visits, and community events to identify and engage isolated seniors
  • Build and maintain relationships with seniors and their families, understanding their evolving needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to promote AAC services and build partnerships
  • Facilitate community-based initiatives such as health screenings, block parties, and intergenerational activities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Track programme expenses and support budget monitoring activities

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Work collaboratively with Centre Supervisor, and other team members to align programmes with organizational objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive (Programme) is responsible for assisting the Centre Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with service requirements, and leading a team to deliver quality programmes and services for seniors. school's needs.

To conduct staff (hands-on) on setup of technology in the classroom

(AV/IT Equipment, Apple TV) (class technology representatives &

Media/Infocomm Club CCA).

To perform AV and media related functions assigned by the school's

Principal, Vice-Principals, AM or HOD/ICT.

To assist in National Exam's AV/IT setup.

To assist ICT Manager to solve/troubleshoot PLD's devices' issues

(include DMA matters) for students and staff.

2. Maintenance Services

To perform scheduled maintenance and assess usability of AVA

equipment (Audio, Visual, Video and Media) in all classrooms and

Specialised Rooms (e.g. AVA, PA in the General Office and Sound

Systems in the Assembly Area, Hall, ISH)

To liaise with school personnel (OM/HoD ICT) and see to the services,

installation, servicing, assist in procurement and repairs of AV/IT

equipment with external vendor,

3. Troubleshooting Services

To provide technical support for staff in the event when equipment do

not function properly in the classroom (e.g. Projectors, visualises, Apple

TV).

4. Administrative and Housekeeping Services

To facilitate loan of AV equipment to students/staff for official school

activities.

To perform documentation in loaning of IT/AV resources and to ensure

proper authorization regarding signing in/out of school's equipment.

To update regularly equipment Loan Book, maintenance / damage

reports, machine logs, inventory tagging, categorise equipment

functionality.

To conduct routine inspection of fixed AV/IT equipment in the

classrooms and special rooms. (egg Visualisers, LCD Projectors etc),

routine cleaning of equipment parts and checking on its function.

To assist in the receiving and checking of delivery of equipment from

supplier.
