Role Objective

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Plan, schedule, and oversee AV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Technical Understanding:
Review and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the bridge between clients, vendors, and OEMs for smooth project implementation and issue resolution.
Vendor & OEM Coordination:

Manpower Planning:
Allocate and manage workforce efficiently across multiple project sites.
Documentation:

Qualifications

The role of the Technical Project Manager includes:

  • Manage projects arising from existing accounts typically involve enhancements, upgrades, or modifications to current systems or infrastructure. These may include A&A works, system expansions, feature enhancements, or integration with new technologies, within defined scope and budget.

Chunghwa Telecom Singapore Pte Ltd ("CHTSG") is the subsidiary of Chunghwa Telecom ("CHT"), a Taiwan based company publicly listed on the US New York Stock Exchange. CHT is an integrated telecom services provider with market presence in Europe, USA, Australia, Asia countries such as Taiwan, Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore and other ASEAN countries.

We are currently looking to hire senior technical projectmanager

Job Description :

  • Familiar with telecom solutions, such IPLC/ MPLS /SIP /SDWAN/ Mobile Singal Improvement.

  • Propose the IDC and ICT solutions design for semiconductor IT/OT requirements.

  • Manage the IDC and ICT projects in semiconductor sites.

  • Engage the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing industry, work with partner with local telecom operators to complete the requirement clarification and solution design.

  • Create and manage project plans with semiconductor and high- tech manufacturing companies based on the project scope and requirement, negotiate and sign contract with clients.

  • Direct and monitor the project team to execute the project based on the project plan, tracking project progress, cost, and quality

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Ensure all deliverables are on time.

Job Requirement

  • At least master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunication industry, 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry and prior experience in Taiwan semiconductor will be an added advantage.

  • Familiar with international telecommunications networks, semiconductor and high-tech, smart manufacturing migration, hybrid cloud architecture, planning and design technology, and more than 10 years of experience in telecommunications network planning and design.

  • Good product development and project management skillset.

  • Possesses good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as incumbent will be responsible for liaising with client in SEA region, Taiwan, Hong Kong, as well as preparing weekly and monthly reports for HQ in Taiwan.

  • Customer-oriented, meticulous, and able to work in a team environment, have the strong learning ability and keep focus in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

$7,000 to $13,500
