Role Summary
You are responsible to develop and execute test systems, test analysis, process improvement, program development, and hardware debugging.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Development: Designing and developing test procedures and systems for semiconductor devices, including automated test equipment (ATE) programming.
- Test Execution: Running tests on devices to verify functionality, performance, and reliability. Analyzing test results to identify test issues, troubleshooting and optimize test processes.
- Testing Process Improvement: Recommending and implementing improvements to test processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, stability, and repeatability.
- Test Program Development: Creating and maintaining test programs for ATE and semi-auto testing platform.
- Hardware Debugging: Designing and debugging test hardware like load boards and probe cards.
Education Qualification & Essential
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Material Sciences or Physics science.
- Interesting or Min 2 years of relevant work experience in Fab for testing expertise, WAT, automated test equipment (ATE), test program development, and test hardware design would be a plus.

- Develop and implement automated test programs for Digital, Power Management, RF, and Mixed-Signal ICs using Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university preferred; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
