Experiment and evaluate new technologies for operationalisation.

Collaborate and co-develop technologies with leading organisations, companies, and research institutions from both Singapore and internationally.
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
Proficiency in 3D CAD Modelling is advantageous.
Innovative and willing to learn new skills and expand into exciting new tech domains.
Dynamic personality with good interpersonal skills; self-driven with a can-do spirit.
Willing to travel for overseas work trips.

Upkeep motor vehicle fleet
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with drivers and vendors
Inspect maintenance works by vendors
Track and enforce SLA service standards
Conduct RFQ for ad-hoc repairs and provide evaluation to Technical Manager for approval
Analyze and generate vehicle reports or vehicle repair and maintenance cost
Compliance with regulatory requirements (eg road tax, COE, VPC, new vehicle purchase and disposal)
Accident case and insurance claims
Assist drivers on accident case such as provide video footage

About the Role
Join our dynamic engineering team to design and integrate next-generation automotive vision and sensor fusion systems used in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and situational awareness applications.
We are looking for a hands-on Automotive Hardware Engineer / System Integration Engineer who has a strong foundation in PCB design, hardware architecture, and system integration involving sensors, cameras, and vehicle communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate automotive electronic hardware including schematics, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Integrate and test multi-sensor fusion systems (camera, radar, LiDAR, GPS, IMU, etc.) for vehicle applications.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and system engineers to ensure seamless hardware–software integration.
- Support system installation, testing, and troubleshooting on vehicles.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, schematics, BOMs, and design reports.
- Conduct hardware verification and validation (HIL/SIL testing) to ensure compliance with automotive standards.
- Ensure designs meet EMC/EMI and automotive safety compliance requirements (ISO 26262, UNECE R10, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware or system design for automotive, robotics, or embedded systems.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar).
- Familiar with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, RS485, etc.).
- Experience with sensors and signal processing hardware.
- Strong understanding of power management, circuit protection, and grounding in automotive environments.
