- Shift Planning: Plan and manage duty rosters for night standby shifts and be on rotational standby for after-hours service calls.

- Experience in manpower deployment, especially of drivers or mobile service teams, is highly preferred.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates who can serve Mandarin-speaking clients are required.
