As a Business Requirement Management Expert, you will lead the planning, execution, and supervision of the company's digitalization strategies and initiatives. In the early stages, your role will center on developing strong system expertise through direct operational support, creating a solid groundwork for long-term digital transformation. Over time, you will drive the evolution and optimization of business processes by implementing innovative digital solutions. 

  • Development and Implementation of Digitalization Strategies:
  • Analyze current business processes and identify digitalization potentials.
  • Develop short and long-term digitalization strategies in coordination with senior management.

    Requirement Management (Key-function):
  • Requirement Elicitation: Responsible for cross-department communication and research to identify and capture digital system requirements derived from digital strategy-driven and frontline business needs.
  • Analysis & Prioritization: Analyze business value and feasibility of requirements, develop a prioritized backlog aligned with the overall digital transformation blueprint.
  • Documentation & Baselining: Develop and maintain standardized requirement documents, establish and manage requirement baselines to ensure alignment and version control among stakeholders.
  • Implementation & Tracking: Support requirement decomposition during project execution and track delivery progress, promptly addressing deviations to ensure objectives are met.
  • System Optimization: Leverage systematic operations and data monitoring to continuously track system performance, identify potential improvement areas, and propose optimization initiatives.
  • Assetization: Transform requirements into reusable digital assets, continuously optimize and accumulate requirement knowledge to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.

    Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digitalization projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Address and response risks related to digitalization projects.

    System Operations & Maintenance:
  • Execute daily system monitoring, user access management, and troubleshooting
  • Document system configurations & operational procedures to build knowledge assets
  • Coordinate with vendors for bug resolution and system improvements.

    Resource Management:
  • Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams.
  • Manage project budgets and resources.

    Technological Innovation:
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends.
  • Introduce and integrate innovative digital solutions into existing business processes.

    Training Management:
  • Support and train employees in adopting new digital processes and tools.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

(Must)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digitalization, project management or IT management.
  • Strong knowledge of digitalization strategies, project management methodologies and modern technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented work style, team spirit, and leadership competencies.
