We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Store Executive to strengthen our parts and warehouse operations. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry, with room to grow and contribute to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Receive shipment of parts and inspect incoming goods.
- Prepare and pick parts according to workshop requirements.
- Source and prepare quotations for automotive parts from both local and overseas suppliers
- Handle daily store operations, including counter sales and local purchases.
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records and database of parts movement.
- Support stock planning by performing demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock analysis to ensure optimized allocation.
- Ensure timely coordination with suppliers, warehouse, and operations team.
- Manage stock levels to meet KPIs and support smooth demand & supply flow.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing/logistics/spare parts (automotive preferred).
- Able to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- Automotive industry knowledge will have advantage.
- Resourceful with good planning and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Autoline/inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven team player with positive attitude, able to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate, write and read Mandarian to converse with China factory/suppliers is a plus.
- Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:15am–6:00pm (5-day work week)

Responsible for training management for BYD Singapore, which includes planning, scheduling, conduct of all external training:
Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.
Liaise with internal (BYD Singapore & BYD China) and external parties, agencies and government bodies, etc. on all training requirements, regulations, etc. so as to meet and manage BYD's training requirements. This includes working and liaising with BYD HQ Trainer as well as translating training material.
Prepare, plan, organize, schedule, control and monitor training courses. Arrange for training material and resources and handle any other issues related to training requirements.
To conduct all BYD's training courses as directed by your supervisor. This includes internal and/or external, technical training for both internal and external customers.
To attend all courses, locally or overseas, as directed by your supervisor, and to deliver the knowledge to participants who are instructed by BYD (vis-a-vis various external training programs that BYD executes with our partners).
Any other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
2. Provide technical and engineering support with respect to Commercial EVs as directed by Supervisor
Engineering pre-sales (project) support such as:
Life Cycle Cost calculation & proposal.
- Assist in technical support, with different departments & HQ.
- Test and inspection requirements before handing-over to customer & after-sales.
Requirements:
Possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology or equivalent.
Possess Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate. in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
Conversant with Microsoft office, words, excel, power point etc.
Strong automotive and technical background, electric vehicle is an added advantage.
Preferable with Singapore driving licence.
3 to 5 years experience in Automotive Industry.
