Key Responsibilities

1. Develop technical and fabrication drawings for vehicle layout changes, racking systems, component mounts, and electrical integrations
2. Collaborate with workshop and project teams on bus and coach modifications , including interior fit-outs and system integration
3. Look out for tenders, business opportunities and proceed with bidding applications
4. Prepare drawings and documentation required for PE endorsements , compliance checks, and LTA submissions

Requirements

3. Knowledge of bus or heavy vehicle components and systems (e.g., chassis, engine, wiring, structural mounting)
4. Hands-on experience or internship with bus bodybuilders, commercial vehicle workshops , or engineering consultancies preferred
5. Ability to interpret PE requirements and translate into compliant engineering drawings
6. Strong attention to detail, with good communication and coordination skills
7. Familiarity with Singapore transport regulations (LTA) is an advantage

Preferred Profile

1. 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh diploma holders with strong portfolio may also apply)
2. Practical knowledge of vehicle modification , retrofitting , or mobility solutions
3. Proactive and hands-on attitude with a desire to work in a fast-moving, solution-driven environment

• Ensure that all processes are well known to the Engineering Team and its stakeholders by providing and deploying Engineering and

• Facilitate the Postmortem session for all projects and monitor the actions of improvements until its closure

• Analyze the data resulting from audits, return and customer complaints, alert and veto right, to prevent the risks

Essential Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or technical disciplines or equivalent (Electronic is preferential)

• At least 5 years of Quality Assurance activities or senior experience in similar positions .

• Experience in Quality in Engineering/Development teams (preferable within Electronics/Telecommunication context)

• Process Analysis, Improvement and Deployment.

• Knowledge of Quality Plan/ Quality Inspection & Test Plan

• Knowledge of Quality Standards like ISO 9001, CMMI, ASPICE and ACSMS

• Knowledge of AGILE at SCALE (SW, HW, SYSTEM Integration)

• Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Result & customer oriented, critical thinking, flexibility and high capacity to work within multicultural teams

• Ability to speak fluently in English

• Knowledge on IT and Engineering tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.
