Requirements include a diploma or degree in engineering, electrical, electronic or mechatronics equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in automation, PLC controlled systems, material handling systems, conveyor automation systems. Added advantage: experience in designing, programming and commissioning PLC software, Siemens S7; strong understanding of electrical drawings; good troubleshooting skills; knowledge of VFDs, servos, system interfaces; proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and E-Plan software.
