The SOC DevOps Team Automation Specialist Lead is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls and for the supported groups
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
+ Experience utilizing a SOAR platform
+ Experience with various scripting languages
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
+ Proven influencing and relationship management skills
+ Experience using cyber security tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike Falcon, Tanium)
+ Experience using ServiceNow and Jira
+ Prior Leadership experience is a plus
+ Proficient with MS Office suit (Office, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
+ Be able to manage linux and windows web servers to facilitate internal SOC tools and file shares.

+ Develop/Implement automation solutions for SOC teams and demonstrate to senior stakeholders the time ROI benefits of automations
+ Onboard and train new DevOps team members on Citi and SOC best practices.

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform routine equipment checks as per schedule.
• Perform/facilitate contracted vendor on routine preventive or corrective maintenance, equipment certification, equipment calibration.
• Ensure proper record keeping of Repair, Tests, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, Regulatory Certification
• Liaise with/consults Operations as part of execution of jobs.
  

Equipment Failure Recovery

• Diagnose cause of equipment failure of Warehouse key equipment and carry out hands-on maintenance/troubleshooting according to operating manuals and procedures.
• Will need to perform maintenance work at height.
• Investigate and analyze root cause of chronic issues and work with Maintenance Manager / Supervisor timely to systematically solve them and sustain results.
• Status reporting as necessary and recording into downtime report.
  

Spare Equipment and Parts Inventory Management

• Update and maintain inventory of Equipment and Parts and advise Maintenance Manager / Supervisor on replenishment / replacement needs.
• Raise Purchase Requisition for purchase of equipment, repair parts and supplies as needed.
  

Support Equipment set-up / conversion and qualification.

Seek improvement in techniques, procedures and technology to improve reliability at minimum costs and within budget.

Quality Control

• Perform inspection of damaged goods and advise disposition
• Perform inspection on incoming shipments from subcon as per inspection plan
• Perform inspection on outgoing shipments from warehouse as per inspection plan
  

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Comply with all EHS policies and procedures as implemented at site

Support Site and Production as needed.

Requirements

• NITEC qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Ability to read and understand operating manuals, diagrams and schematics
• Able to commit 12 hours night shift and overtime as required
• Accuracy, attention to detail and good manual skills
• Experience in complex machinery i.e. ASRS is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Commitment, proactive and curiosity

• Conduct design reviews and tests during system implementation, before transiting it into operational use to bring impactful outcomes for the SAF and the Public Service.
• Collaborate and co-develop technologies with leading organisations locally and worldwide to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities to the SAF and the Public Service.
• Manage and improve the systems to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Data Engineering, Communications, Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Digital Signal Processing, Computer Networking, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence is advantageous.
