+ Understanding of the use of Enterprise Software for structured and unstructured data and content management
+ Familiar with Cloud SaaS or on-premise content services, digital storage and information management

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures

Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end architecture for a system and ensures the detailed design and development are aligned with the Enterprise Architecture of the Customer.
Translate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application architectural specifications.
Propose products and solutions based on Agency’s Enterprise Architecture and standards.
Design the architecture blueprint of the organisation's business, information and ICT assets, by using multiple architectural models.
Use, govern and enhance the architecture blueprint to ensure that the business and ICT are in alignment.
Review source codes and solutions as part of the software development lifecycle process.
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Relevant work experience - as a tech lead and system architect (i.e. system design, performance tuning, and system prototyping & maintenance).
Hands-on experience in project development life cycles.
Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with the Customer’s technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack).
Experience in designing and implementing .Net and/or J2EE applications.
Must possess excellent data modelling and SQL skills.
Solid understanding of server-side .Net and/or Java development, Service Oriented Architectures, web services and public web sites / eservices development.
Solid technical skills and the ability to leverage them to determine the best solution to a technical problem.
Ability to analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution.

You shall be part of the growing Commercial Team of the Asia Pacific Digital Business Unit. Responsibilities
Understand customers physical and digital information environment and identify challenges; provide problem solving solutions as it relates to Iron Mountain services
Scoping Iron Mountain solutions across the Digital portfolio
Present solution overviews and demonstrations
Answer advanced product questions
Pilot / Proof Of Concept (POC) development, tracking and support
Answer sales teams questions and provide training as needed
Support technical portion of RFPs and RFQs/RFIs
Gather and share intelligence on market trends, industry trends and competitors
Attend relevant trade shows and marketing events to create and advance opportunities
Provide solution configuration recommendations, architectural diagrams, quote / schedule / contract / SOW creation, modification and support
Proficient in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return On Investment (ROI) modelling
Exceed assigned pipeline and quota achievement.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma from a recognized institution of higher learning in Singapore or overseas. Ideally 5 to 10 Years of working experience with the following:
Working knowledge of Electronic Content Management solutions, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management and Information Governance
Understanding of the use of Enterprise Software for structured and unstructured data and content management
Familiar with Cloud SaaS or on‐premise content services, digital storage and information management
Possess industry-specific expertise around modern digital technologies and their impact in business transformation
Experienced in consultative solution sales and pre‐sales
Able to collaborate at all levels within Iron Mountain and serve our customers from operational to C‐level
Knowledge of Electronic Resource Management, Customer Relationship Management, Document‐Content Management, Information Governance and Business Intelligence
Familiar with enterprise data storage/archiving techniques and applications
Awareness of cloud storage such as Amazon S3, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and on‐premise digital storage solutions

System Analyst / Solution Architect
to ensure quality and consistency in our
AI-first software development lifecycle . In this role, you will
validate and enrich BRDs/PRDs
produced by the Product Owner and Product Committee, ensuring they include correct non-functional requirements (NFRs), architectural considerations, and are translated into structured prompts for our AI-first IDEs.
Key Responsibilities
Review & Enrich Requirements
Act as the
quality gate
for BRDs/PRDs created by the Product Owner and Product Committee.
Ensure documents include correct NFRs (security, scalability, observability, compliance) and align with architectural standards.
Provide feedback on feasibility, risks, and technical trade-offs.
Translate to AI-First IDE Prompts
Convert enriched BRDs/PRDs and technical specs into structured, reusable prompts for the AI-first IDE.
Maintain prompt templates and ensure they reflect the current rulebook and standards.
Architecture & Standards
Maintain architectural blueprints, approved programming languages, and frameworks.
Ensure AI-generated code aligns with architectural principles and NFRs.
Quality & Review Engineering
Review AI-generated code and system designs for adherence to standards and performance targets.
Conduct security, scalability, and performance reviews at quality gates.
Work with engineers and DevOps to ensure automated test coverage and CI/CD pipeline readiness.
Collaboration
Partner with the Product Owner, Product Committee, and engineering teams to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
Coach engineers on using AI-first IDEs and interpreting AI output.
Requirements
Experience as a
