What you will be working on
Plan and develop mid- and long-term IT architectural strategies to meet the ongoing NLB business needs and the Digital Library & e-Strategy for the Libraries of the Future and NL-NAS master plans.
Plan and develop and maintenance of NLB-wide Application Architecture (AA) and Technical Architecture (TA) to ensure compliance with WOG and internal directives and plan for technology adoption, obsolescence, and standardization.
Establish the technical architecture to adopt for all NLB IT-related projects and provide technical leadership in reviewing and advising on any issues arising.
Provide technical leadership in the technical design and development of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects.
Provide technical leadership in operational and infrastructural systems.
Analyse business strategies and provide insights from a technical perspective on possible solutions that would meet and enhance desired business outcomes.
What we are looking for
3-5 years of relevant technical working experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions.
Experience in various IT technologies, standards, and languages, in particular web technologies, web services, Java, and .Net.
Experience in solution/data architecture would be a plus.
Experience in designing systems in low-code platforms would be a plus.
Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Strong technical knowledge with an enterprise perspective.
Preferably have knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cloud technologies particularly on Amazon Web Services.
AWS/Google cloud certifications will be an added advantage e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Google Certified - Cloud Architect.
Strong analytical capability, able to pick up new skills and domains quickly.
Able to communicate with all levels and a good team player.

THE ROLE
You will collaborate with customers, partners and other AWS teams to craft architectures, proof of concepts and demonstrations of our platform that work back from customer's business needs and accelerate the adoption of appropriate AWS technology. Qualifications

Translate to AI-First IDE Prompts
Convert enriched BRDs/PRDs and technical specs into structured, reusable prompts for the AI-first IDE.
Maintain prompt templates and ensure they reflect the current rulebook and standards.

Maintain architectural blueprints, approved programming languages, and frameworks.
