Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of all automation or peripheral equipment in the factory to reduce downtime.
• Support equipment and process improvement projects, validation execution, preventive maintenance execution, periodically verification.
• Provide training to production technicians on basic operation, troubleshooting.
• Meet quality objectives, good manufacturing practices set by management.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the equipment maintenance for the entire plant automation and control systems to minimize disruption to production.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance as per maintenance program for the automation and other peripheral systems.
• Monitor and collect data from equipment for performance improvement.
• Participate in quality meetings on equipment and machine-related issues.
• Participate in the Continual Process Improvement Team.

• Additional duties may be assigned as needed by management.

Education/Academic Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in engineering in electrical/electronic or industrial engineering, mechatronic/ electromechanical.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in plant equipment/automation repair and maintenance, assembly, robotic, vision system, pneumatic valve, sensor.
