Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or preferably a PhD in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of ten years of industry experience in quantitative finance, financial engineering, investment banking, risk management, asset management, fintech, or related sectors.
- Proven ability and/or strong passion for teaching and mentoring students in a university setting.
- Strong network within the finance and risk industry that can be leveraged for curriculum development, student placement, and university-industry collaboration.
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Contribute to the development, design, and teaching of a range of courses, including financial risk management, financial engineering, actuarial science, and other finance-related courses, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Bring professional industry insights to enhance the relevance and application of the curriculum.
- Lead or support the continuous improvement and innovation of academic programmes in Quantitative Finance, Actuarial Science, and Risk Analytics.

- 8 or more years of industry and/or applied academia experience and knowledge in enhancing environmental sustainability through sustainability management.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of sustainability measurement and management (e.g., life cycle analysis, circular economy, sustainability road mapping, sustainability change management, and organisational sustainability strategy development).
- Knowledge in sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, carbon markets, and regulatory developments.
- PhD or equivalent from a reputable university with specialization in the above areas and some relevant work experience, or extensive industry experience with strong technical expertise in the above areas.

- Experience in sustainability-related projects with strong integration of the three pillars of sustainable development.
