- Clinical Duties:

- Financial counselling, providing expert advice and guidance to patients.
- Chaperone/Accompany the Doctor during consultation when required, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care and support.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize designated areas, maintaining a sterile environment.
- Minimum O'Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in clinic / healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure quality services are provided.
- Computer literate/savvy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
