JOBSCOPE:
- Conceptualize, manage and produce various video / media / content production projects for the Company.
- Plan, execute and edit videography/photography services such as marketing videos, interviews, event coverages, live recordings, social media videos, product videos, testimonials etc.
- Provide insightful creative and visual inputs/directions for production concepts and scripts, and actively participate in storyboard creation and development.
- Understand and contribute to the creative vision for the production by communicating with the creative team and clients.
- Develop and execute the overall visual style and aesthetic of the production on set.
- Operate and maintain camera equipment, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment with proficiency and care.
- Develop and execute the overall visual style and aesthetic of the production, including lighting, color palette, camera angles, and movement.
- Oversee and manage all production aspects relating to camera and lighting.
- Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met from pre-production to production.
- Provide key creative and camera inputs to visual styling by discussing with the creative team.
- Plan, prepare and source for necessary equipment and crew according to the allocated budget for each project.
- Assist in managing the production timeline, specifically ensuring that camera and lighting related activities stay on schedule during the pre-production and production phases.
- Executing and managing post production editing works for the Company's projects.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Company's management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or Events or equivalent
- Streaming knowledge: Mastering of Zoom Meetings & Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed.
- Basic knowledge of audio visual lighting production.
- Knowledge of photography and videography skills
- Have technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment
- Have competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Especially in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
- Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and independent.
