PLEASE note that this position is management level and require significant technical knowledge in preschool industry and music.
- Competent in conducting all type of Music and Music & Movement classes in Childcare, Private group or 1-to-1 setting
- Experienced in handling preschoolers and knowledgeable in the different approaches of handling different types of preschooler
- Competent in Piano playing, Piano teaching and Piano performance
- Good analytical skills to identify potential issues faced by instructors and ensuring that an effective solution is provided to the instructor for smooth delivery of classes and parents' expectation
- Ensure Piano curriculum is in line to Muse Arts' methodology
- Ensure all other instructors are delivering the correct lesson plans in their classes
- Ensure quality of lesson conducted by all instructors
- Ensure that operations are not affected due to unavailability of instructors.
Intensive Training will be provided and candidates will have to go through tests and reviews before being confirmed as a Main Instructor.

Job Responsibilities:
Training & Supervision Support
- Assist the Instructor in managing daily work activities (e.g., sorting, cleaning, packing, assembling).
- Provide step-by-step guidance and hands-on supervision to trainees.
- Reinforce social skills, soft skills, and work discipline in a structured setting.
- Support in conducting daily exercises, cleaning, and other routine activities.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records, allowance, and progress tracking reports.
- Assist in submitting reports on work performance and output quality.
- Ensure proper documentation of trainees' daily activities and work completion status.
Job Requirements:
- At least possess G.C.E N Level
- Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of special needs in the community
- Ability to assist instructors to roll out lesson plan and intervention plans for PWIDs
- Create good student development and classroom management plan
- Experience working with chronic conditions such as special Needs / Mental Illness is a plus
- Possess good problem solving skills to identity needs and create action plans
- Able to communicate with diverse groups; maintaining confidentiality; working as part of team and meeting deadlines and schedules
