Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all areas of HR, including hiring, staff development, performance reviews, training, pay and benefits, and daily HR operations.

· Work with senior leaders to plan and carry out HR strategies that support organisational growth and change.

· Plan workforce needs, prepare for future staffing, and ensure the right people are in the right roles.
