Job Duties

• Scrutinize customer data and drawings and highlight any possible issues in building the job to Product Engineer.
• Panelize customer data into array form and production panel form.
• Review job process flow and ensure CAM data are processed on all areas according to customer requirement.
• Add all in house and customer required targets and coupons for testing and shipment.
• Feedback any issues/discrepancies found on the traveler against the customer specifications/data/documents.
• Perform on screen inspection (OSI) of editing CAM data prior tooling issuance to production.
• Prepare rework films/programs per Engineering Change Requests
• Do layer stackup, cleanup and attribute tagging on special data features identified as critical in production
• Prepare customer data first article report for DFM.
• Coordinate with Production Control and production team to ensure timely toolings issuance to the production floor.
• Communicates any artwork related issues to Front-End Engineers and/or Process Engineers and suggest solutions to resolve the problems to ensure correct tools are provided to production.
• Creates the tools needed by Process Engineers for process evaluation, test, and capability study.
• Work closely with Production Engineers in implementing new targets/ tooling needed to the newly acquired machines.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
• Acquired Computer/IT skills
• Experience in PCB manufacturing company or related fields is a plus.
• Experience in use of Genesis is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure & fast pace working environment.
• Knowledge in programming language is an advantage.

• Lead a group of technicians to maintain all the facilities, building, and services systems (ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, BMS, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection System, Waste Water Treatment System, and ASRS system).
• Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, buildings, and services system
• Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building services system, maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations.
• Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state.
• Perform standby/duty to attend to system fault or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required
• Minimise all facilities, building and services system downtime during operation.
• Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments.
• Maintain the system compliance documentation and implementation for workplace safety health (WSH)and regulatory requirements
• Provide training to the technician to maintain all the facilities, buildings and services system
• To learn and maintain any other new/additional systems not mentioned above as assigned by HOD.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD.

Job Requirement:

• Possess knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) will be an advantage
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Good understanding of the use handling unit management in SAP EWM /PP will be an advantage.
• ASRS Engineer must have a combination of technical, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience in warehouse automation systems and project management.

Work location: Ang Mo Kio

Employment Term: 1 year (renewal depending on performance)

Working hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. This role will require standby duties at times, and the frequency may vary.

Job Scope

Surveys and Inspection (60%)

• Support survey and inspection for public cases and LTA requirements.

Participation in maintenance cycles and repairs (15%)

• Assist with repair and maintenance checks, and replacements.

Standby duties (5%)

• Attend to and recover all cases reported during after-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• 24*7 standby support.

Knowledge acquisition under other subsystems listed for ERP - 2 (20%)
