Job Duties
- Scrutinize customer data and drawings and highlight any possible issues in building the job to Product Engineer.
- Panelize customer data into array form and production panel form.
- Review job process flow and ensure CAM data are processed on all areas according to customer requirement.
- Add all in house and customer required targets and coupons for testing and shipment.
- Feedback any issues/discrepancies found on the traveler against the customer specifications/data/documents.
- Perform on screen inspection (OSI) of editing CAM data prior tooling issuance to production.
- Prepare rework films/programs per Engineering Change Requests
- Do layer stackup, cleanup and attribute tagging on special data features identified as critical in production
- Prepare customer data first article report for DFM.
- Coordinate with Production Control and production team to ensure timely toolings issuance to the production floor.
- Communicates any artwork related issues to Front-End Engineers and/or Process Engineers and suggest solutions to resolve the problems to ensure correct tools are provided to production.
- Creates the tools needed by Process Engineers for process evaluation, test, and capability study.
- Work closely with Production Engineers in implementing new targets/ tooling needed to the newly acquired machines.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
- Acquired Computer/IT skills
- Experience in PCB manufacturing company or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in use of Genesis is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure & fast pace working environment.
- Knowledge in programming language is an advantage.

Requirements:- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment with hands-on engagement on manufacturing and productivity activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/Materials/ Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience within the Semiconductor/Capital Equipment industry in Manufacturing, Quality and/or engineering roles in equipment assembly and test will be preferred.
