1. Assembly Work
   Perform manual assembly of consumer electronic products such as smart devices, wearables, or IoT gadgets following SOPs and work instructions.
   Handle small components like PCBA, batteries, casings, connectors, and screens with care and precision.
2. Soldering (Preferred)
   Carry out basic to intermediate soldering tasks for electronic parts and wires (if trained or experienced).
   Inspect solder joints and rework if needed to meet quality standards.
3. Inspection & Testing
   Conduct basic functional tests using jigs and fixtures as instructed.
   Identify and report any defects, abnormalities, or misalignments during assembly.
4. Product Handling & Safety
   Follow proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures when handling sensitive electronic parts.
   Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of all materials and tools.
5. Productivity & Quality Focus
   Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
   Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities on the line.
6. Team Collaboration
   Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
   Communicate issues promptly with the line leader or supervisor.

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent; technical school background is a plus
• Prior experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Soldering experience is a strong advantage (training can be provided)
• Able to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Willing to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of English and ability to follow instructions

Schedule:

• Day shift
• 5.5 days per week

Overview
Operate, monitor, and maintain factory machinery according to standard operating procedures. Ensure machines run efficiently and safely, reporting any malfunctions or irregularities. Follow production schedules to meet daily or weekly targets. Assemble doors and related components following technical drawings and quality standards. Perform inspections to ensure finished products meet quality and safety specifications. Handle materials and components carefully to prevent damage during assembly.
Safety & Housekeeping
Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Teamwork & Reporting
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
Record production data and report issues promptly to supervisors.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machines safely.
Attention to detail for assembly tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
