Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage venue bookings, public relations, and customer relationships, and provide for the needs of venue hirers and retail lessees to be met while adhering to SOTA's prevailing policies and procedures
- Responsible for promoting SOTA's performing arts venues and gallery as a venue of choice for performances and events. This includes formulating and implementing strategies, policies and procedures and relevant matters to optimise utilisation, sales revenue, and progressive improvements to achieve the targets set
- Handle hotline, email booking enquiries regarding venue specifications, capabilities of all performing arts venues and gallery, coordinate site visits and meetings, consolidate the necessary documentation and information for the events
- Utilise the Event Business Management System (EBMS) to manage venue bookings, generate estimates, contracts, monthly/ quarterly reports. Reconcile ticket sales reports from hirers' appointed ticketing agents before finalising billing with the Office of Finance
- Act as liaison between hirer's production team and OVM in-house teams
- Serve as covering Production Assistant at the Back-of-House or Front-of-House when required, to coordinate and manage the operations of the venues to ensure that events are supported to excellent service standards
- Engage in cross-functions duties within the department in managing events, retail management, advertising spaces, venue and production operations, project management
- Support school-wide events and key activities

Job Requirements
- Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales/ customer relationship/ event/ production management; experience in the arts and entertainment industry, live performance management in performing arts venues preferred
- Familiar with policies and procedures in performing arts venues; retail lease management will be an added advantage
- Excellent customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, including strong organisational and report writing skills
