Ballet Teacher (Full time / Part time)
Seeking a passionate and experienced dance instructor Ballet to join us
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver impactful instruction for students aged 3 and above.
- Cultivate a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that ignites a genuine love for dance.
- Craft and implement curriculum tailored to various ages and skill levels, ensuring progression and engagement.
- Assess student progress through ongoing evaluation and maintain detailed records.
- Prepare students for dance examinations, ensuring technical accuracy and artistic expression.
- Choreograph innovative routines across diverse styles and techniques for captivating performances and competitions.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, building a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, prioritizing safety, discipline, and positive reinforcement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Dance Education or related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification in at least one offered style (e.g., RAD, CSTD, ISTD).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience teaching dance to children aged 3 and above.
- Documented professional dance experience (performance and/or choreography) highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in preparing students for competitions and examinations.
