What the role is
This role sits within the Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) CCA / Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Office in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, where you will help shape and deliver arts experiences that support students' learning and development.
As an Arts Administrator, you will work closely with the Management and Specialists to support the planning and implementation of VPA CCA policies, initiatives, and national platforms such as the Singapore Youth Festival. This is a meaningful opportunity for individuals with experience or interest in the arts to contribute to the inclusive and student-centred arts experiences across Singapore schools. 
What you will be working on
• Develop and manage arts initiatives for VPA CCAs, focusing on student-centric approaches that promote inclusive participation while ensuring sustainable programme delivery through careful resource and budget planning
• Design and execute communication strategies that effectively promote programme awareness, encourage participation, and showcase outcomes to relevant stakeholders within the arts education community
• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including schools, educators, artists, and cultural partners through regular consultations and feedback sessions to strengthen the arts education ecosystem
• Oversee daily operational aspects of VPA CCA programmes, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder communications, while implementing digital solutions to enhance workflow efficiency
• Support knowledge management initiatives by documenting processes, capturing insights, and updating records to facilitate internal coordination and programme continuity
• Implement comprehensive evaluation systems and monitor performance metrics to assess programme effectiveness and drive evidence-based improvements in programme delivery.
• Lead the development of planning frameworks and success indicators, preparing reports and recommendations to refine and support long-term programme sustainability 
What we are looking for
• At least 3 years of experience in arts administration, programme coordination, or producing roles in the cultural, creative, or community sectors
• Trained in arts management, arts administration, or a related field
• An effective team player with the ability to work independently and in teams
