This involves conducting a thorough inventory check of existing documents in electronic personal files, identifying any missing documents, verifying if they are available in the HR drive, and transferring missing documents from the HR drive to the appropriate electronic personal files.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for compiling a list of documents that are missing and not found in the HR drive, communicating the list of missing documents to the HR team for further action, and assisting in organizing and maintaining electronic personnel files to ensure easy access and compliance with company policies.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of an Enterprise Document and Collaboration System, its capabilities, integration with upcoming technologies such as Generative AI, AI Search; as well as evolve and adapt to a diverse user ecosystem
- Ideate, define, execute and grow the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs within a secure environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features and requirements. Stay up to date with next generation information management and generation trends and needs
- Gather, analyse and provide timely reporting and sentiment/feedback on usage of the system; identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
