We are seeking a skilled Architectural Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on architectural design matters.
You will provide guidance to team members to ensure that design solutions are optimized in order to meet clients' requirements. You will also be involved in business development meetings to target specific markets, clients and project opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out architectural designs, feasibility studies and making design proposal presentations. You will liaise with and discuss project-relevant issues with clients, negotiate with contractors on design requirements and building progress, and oversee the progress of on-site work.
You will also work with engineers and surveyors to ensure that the project meets the necessary standards. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in BIM (Revit), Rhino, Adobe Suite and Escape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
