Job Description

What This Really Is

We're offering a 3–6 month apprenticeship designed for people who want to explore the financial advisory pathway without being thrown straight into sales. Think of it as a behind-the-scenes pass to see how the industry actually works.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Helping out with prep work: research, presentations, reports.
  • Sitting in on real client cases (observing, not selling).
  • Learning the basics of CPF, investments, and financial planning.
  • Getting trained and sponsored for the CMFAS papers you'll need.
Why It's Worth Your Time
  • You'll leave with certifications that open doors in finance.
  • You'll have a mentor in your corner, not just a boss.
  • You'll get a clear career pathway: apprentice → trainee → licensed consultant.
  • And yes, once licensed, the pay is competitive ($3k–$5k range).
Who This Fits
  • You're based in Singapore.
  • You've got at least a diploma / A-levels.
  • You don't need finance experience — just curiosity and grit.
  • You like working with people and solving real problems.
What Happens Next

Send us your resume and a short note about why this apprenticeship caught your eye. If it's a fit, we'll invite you for a chat to see if this pathway makes sense for you.

Disclaimer

During the apprenticeship, there will be no regulated sales or advisory work. The focus is purely on learning, training, and preparation until certification.
