The ideal candidate will have experience supporting production systems, working with end-users, and delivering scalable improvements within Pega PRPC environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 production incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
- Design, build, and implement enhancements and change requests in the Pega platform based on business requirements.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cases to ensure quality and stability of changes.
- Package and deploy Pega applications and hotfixes across development, test, and production environments following release processes.
- Work closely with L1 support, business users, and Business architects to identify issues and drive solutions.
- Perform system health checks, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security and audit standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Pega development and support. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, database queries, and application logs.
- Knowledge of Java, HTML, CSS, or SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of Interface integration methods (e.g., API, SFTP,MQ) is an advantage.
- Able to consider Non-Pega experience developers but with at least 2 years of Java experience.
