We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Application and Product Management) to join our dynamic team!
Your role will include:
You will collaborate with various project managers, solutions architect and infra engineers to deliver leading-edge digital solutions and services to meet the business requirements. You are constantly looking at new ways to apply digital technologies to meet business needs and can handle multiple projects concurrently
Key Responsibilities
Actively define and analyse the agency's business requirements
Engage relevant stakeholders and end-users to identify end-user requirements and specifications
Assist in the development of the business case and tender specifications
Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address the needs
Develop acceptance criteria with agency users to ensure reasonableness for the acceptance of work done
Review system testing, integration testing and data conversion documents to verify that specifications are met
Drive a smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the internet and mobile solution
Work with development team on the development of the application to understand and troubleshoot technical problems
Work with quality assurance team to provide inputs for the test plan
Undertake root cause analysis for problems to implement preventive and corrective measures to meet business and performance needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within application and product management
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in product performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with product management software
A relevant certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) will be an added advantage
Prior working experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing

(What the role is)
The key scope of work for the position is to provide operational support of Energy Management Systems which involves round the clock monitoring and control of electricity generators as well as the electricity and natural gas transmission networks. In addition, the position is also required to operate a Cybersecurity Operation Centre to monitor cybersecurity threats and manage Power Sector Critical Information Infrastructure incidents.
(What you will be working on)
Energy Management System

• Provide first-level technical support to the Energy Management System to ensure high availability and reliability. This includes attending to technical problem reported by Power System Operators, operations and maintenance of Energy Management System, other supporting operational technology systems, OT/IT network & security infrastructures to ensure these systems (both hardware and software applications) are of high availability and reliability.
• Participates in the design and technical enhancements on mission-critical Energy Management Systems (EMS) such as integrating renewables such as solar, energy storage and electricity imports into EMS to meet operational business requirements. This also includes fine tuning of power system applications to support real-time operations such as power system studies (e.g. Contingency Analysis, Transmission Network Analysis, Short Circuit Analysis), Automatic Generation Control, load forecast, solar PV forecast, telemetry, State Estimator, and the Dispatcher Training Simulator.
• Coordinate with Licenseses&apos to facilitate connection of new generation facilities, transmission network equipment (both electricity and gas systems) including performing updates and validate of EMS databases with field equipment and market operation.
  

• Provide incident response support for Cyber Security Operation Centre (CSOC) to manage cyber incident that may cause severe impact to Power System Operation and Power Sector&aposs Critical Information Infrastructures (CIIs). Job responsibilities include analyzing security alerts, identifying anomalies, report findings to stakeholders. Perform daily triage of the security cases and following up with CII Operators and resolution of incidents reported.
  

• Develops technical solutions, including cyber security mitigation measures and/or configuration changes to meet regulatory requirements such as Cybersecurity Act and CCoP.
• Coordinate security reviews risk assessments, security audits that can effectively pre-empt and identify significant security loopholes or weaknesses. This include carrying out documentation reviews, testing and implementing recommendations by the auditors, and performing system patching.
  

• Keen interest in the field of OT cybersecurity, power system engineering and serving in public service.
• Competency in computer programming, technical hardware architecture, Linux/Unix/Windows Operating System.
• Familiar with networking commands and understanding of basic networking protocol and security concepts.
• Good understanding of information security practices related to ISO 27001, Risk Assessment, Application and Network Security.
• Good understanding of Power System Engineering, Control Centers Operations, electricity substation/gas facility environments and devices would be added advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications (Oracle Identity & Access Management IAM)

• The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Customization of ADF UI and SOA workflows.

• Experience on XML, XSD, SOAP, WSDL, SOA BPEL process, Oracle Business Rule and Human Workflows for request approvals in Approval policy.

• Strong experience in integrating OIM with AD, Exchange, RACF, AS400 connectors

• Must have Core Java/J2EE knowledge for customizations.

• Strong experience in developing connectors, approval workflows, and custom event handlers, custom scheduled tasks and reconciliation.

• Good command on UI customization and UDF’s and lookup fields in the design console to extend the connector functionality.

• Expertise on Flat File, Directory server reconciliation, Bulkload utility .

• Integrated and Implemented Role based Access Control products with Identity and Access Management solutions.

• Hands on experience on SSL configuration

• Have knowledge on WebLogic application server, WebSphere, OHS, JBoss and apache servers

• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

• Application of latest Bundle Patches
