Job Title: Home Appliance Service Technician
Job Description- Provide technical services for home kitchen products, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation at customer locations across the island.
- Maintain an adequate stock of maintenance parts in the assigned service vehicle.
- Conduct basic user training for customers on product usage and care.
- Prepare service reports and explain them clearly to customers.
- Represent the company professionally as a frontline service representative.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve service matters.
- Follow up promptly on outstanding service issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- A Class 3 license will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in gas water heater or Gas Service Worker License (LGSW) will have added advantage.
