Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to convert SOP and technical documents into HTML format.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency during document conversion and upload them to the platform.
- Assist in drafting, documenting, and tracking ECNs.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance SOP clarity and usability.

Qualifications:

You will transform complex AV concepts into easy-to-understand guides, system diagrams, and troubleshooting resources for internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed, user-friendly knowledge base articles on AV concepts, products, and integrations, including both basic and advanced topics (e.g., “What is a DSP?” and “AV over IP basics”).
- Produce configuration and setup guides for key AV brands such as Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and Shure.
- Create technical diagrams, including single-line diagrams, signal flow charts, and rack layouts, while maintaining standardized templates.

As a key member of our export operations, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying trade documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations, coordinating shipments with logistics partners, and providing after-sales support to the marketing team.
