Expert Analog Circuit Designer Needed

Our team seeks a highly skilled Analog Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced analog circuits for cutting-edge products.

• Drive the creation and implementation of innovative analog circuit designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to complete the full IP development cycle.
• Provide in-depth technical support for mass production and debugging of assigned IP.
• Participate in the development of SerDes-related IPs and coordinate tasks related to product integration.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field; minimum 5 years of experience in analog circuit design.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience specializing in DDR or PLL design, with proven ability to lead projects independently and substantial tape-out experience.
• Experience with FINFET processes is a significant advantage.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting the electrical and instrumentals systems of Ships and Offshore Platform independently. The candidate will interact with Clients, Classification and Statutory bodies and Vendors in the process of design. Candidate to be able to prepare the following drawings independently:

• Electrical Load
• Single Line Diagram
• Short-Circuit Calculation
• Lighting Arrangement
• Transformer Load Analysis
• Cable Estimation

Desired Profile

• Min 5 years’ experience of which at least 3 years should be in Marine Design.
• He/She should be conversant with Ship electrical system and classification rules and IEE.
• Skills in Excel, Electrical design software and CAD-tools is required.

Requirements

• General electrical fitting work including installation of electrical equipment, electrical cabling works, cable trucking, cable conduit and termination, etc

• Troubleshooting and repair works for CCTV, Intercom, car park and Turnstile system
• Installation of turnstile system

• Provide engineering expertise and technical assistance for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and modification of facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement of maintenance procedures and techniques for safe, reliable and efficient operation of the plant.
• Participate in production, installation, modification and maintenance.
• Ensure all process equipment, utility installations and electrical installations are maintained and running at optimum efficiency.
• Define and generate evaluation plan, executing qualification plan for alternate component replacement or cost reduction.
• Work closely with supplier and procurement team to drive cost reduction and resolve quality issues.

• At least Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of M&E working experience with main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices

• Design and develop Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions and smart inspection systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in IIoT, industrial automation, and smart inspection technologies.
• Proficiency with CAD and circuit design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD Electrical).
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, embedded systems, and industrial sensors.
• Strong ability to interpret and create electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with machine vision, AI, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity in IIoT environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence preferred

• Responsible for Electrical Engineering services for the projects from concept stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion
• Conduct technical discussion on common design problems
• Assist in maintaining high quality standards of design and construction
• Responsible to participate and support the Company's SHEQ within their scope of duties

• Recognised Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in industry

• Design and create system architecture, electrical schematic, wiring diagrams, IO map, PLC code, panel layouts and PCB boards for automation machines
• Create electrical bill of materials (BOM), spare part list, installation instruction manual, maintenance guides
• Perform machine system set up, IO check and troubleshooting of electrical system
• Perform circuit simulations/analysis, design, development, testing and debugging of circuit board and embedded firmware
• Create PCB board bill of materials (BOM), Gerber file, assembly drawing, schematic drawing, technical design documentation, simulations/analysis report, test report
• PCB prototype board making and debugging
• Manage all electrical material including PCB boards according to machine production assembly schedule
• Perform firmware and PLC code maintenance, bug fixing and enhancement
• Provide technical support, and training on electrical system of automation machine
• Supervise the workmanship of electrical technician and contractors to ensure the build quality of automation machine

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Diploma with minimum 2 years' experience
• Able to analyse project requirements, develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and layouts
• Proficiency in EPLAN software and simulation tools (e.g. PSpice, LTspice, TINA)
• Able to develop PCB with analog/digital circuit, lighting, RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, USB and Ethernet
• Proficient in Microchip assembler, PLC programming and C/C++ programming languages
• (Good to have) Proficient in electronics diagnostics and repair
• (Good to have) Experienced in designing to comply with safety and regulatory standards, e.g. CE, UL, VDE, CSA and SEMI-S2
