Sales Executive (Outdoor / B2B Sales)
Work Location: Jurong East MRT
Working hours: Mon - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary Range: $ 2,600 to S$ 3,000 + Transport & Phone allowance

Job Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow the company’s client base.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead Generation : Conduct market research and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations : Present the company’s packaging solutions and products to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits.
- Negotiation & Closing : Handle negotiations with clients, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Account Management : Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring regular contact and support for their packaging needs.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide relevant feedback and recommendations.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- With 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
- With Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- With class 3 & possess own transport is an advantage.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to develop advanced packaging technologies and processes for high-density, high-performance electronic devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop process optimization strategies using DOE methodologies
- Collaborate with external customers and partners on technical support and joint development projects
- Work closely with internal R&D and product teams to design and implement new processes
- Conduct analysis using advanced equipment to identify, evaluate, and resolve failure modes
Additional responsibilities include providing technical support and training to colleagues, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
Requirements- Master's / PhD in Material Science, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process development (Front-end/Back-end preferred)
- Hands-on experience with DOE tools, semiconductor assembly equipment, and analytical instruments (e.g., SEM/EDX, C-SAM, AFM, confocal microscope, surface profiler, optical microscope); experience with ANSYS/ABACUS for stress & thermal simulation is a plus
