The Team
Customer Experience at Nebius AI Cloud involves tackling customers’ challenges and directly impacting their success by solving real-world AI and ML problems at massive GPU cloud scale. You’ll not only resolve issues, but play a key role in shaping clients’ business success by optimizing their AI solutions. Working with advanced GPUs such as H200, B200 and GB200, as well as modern ML frameworks, you’ll influence the development of the Nebius AI Cloud and gain experience at the intersection of infrastructure and AI. The role
We seek a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Cloud Solutions Architect specializing in Cloud infrastructure and MLOps . As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for our clients, leveraging cloud technologies for ML/AI teams and becoming a trusted technical advisor for building their pipelines.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the engagement. Conduct pilot projects, workshops, presentations and training sessions to educate clients on GPU cloud technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solution architecture that aligns with their needs: design and document Infrastructure as code solutions, documentation, and technical how-tos in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers.
- Help customers optimize pipeline performance and scalability to utilize cloud resources and services powered by Nebius efficiently.
- Act as a single point of expertise for customer scenarios for product, technical support and marketing teams.
- Assist hackathons, conferences, workshops and webinars.
We expect you to have:
- 5–10 + years of experience as a cloud solutions architect, system/network engineer, developer or a similar technical role with a focus on cloud computing.
- Strong hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (preferably Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes and skills in writing code in Python.
- Solid understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack components, including drivers, libraries (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL).
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders whose primary business language is Mandarin and English.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Join us at NVIDIA as a Cloud Services Solutions Architect and help our customers and partners adopt end-to-end AI solutions in the cloud! As a Solutions Architect, you’ll design, configure and deploy AI Training and Inference solutions in Public Clouds, as well as in Private Clouds based on groundbreaking NVIDIA technology. You'll work with customers and partners to deploy and operationalize AI at scale by driving adoption for end-to-end Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions in the cloud. What You'll Be Doing
- Build and deploy AI/ML solutions at scale using NVIDIA's AI software on cloud-based GPU platforms
- Using your skills in AI, MLOps, ML engineering, DevOps, Kubernetes, and orchestration to deploy hybrid solutions
- Work as customer technical specialist to address customer workload, security & privacy and architectural requirements and seek their technical challenges
- Deliver customer on-boarding sessions and technical and architecture presentations with NVIDIA AI, Cloud and Networking technologies
- Run and own Proof of Concepts (PoCs), introducing NVIDIA Cloud Solutions and integrating them to new and existing accounts
- Debug SW issues, provide solutions to customers and report of bugs to NVIDIA’s product organization
- Work with NVIDIA’s product and architecture teams by providing customer requirements, feedback and prioritization
- 8+ years of foundational expertise in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Master’s Degree or Ph.D within Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar field, or comparable work experience
- 3+ years of working experience in DevOps roles in the areas of Cloud Computing, Cluster Orchestration or AI Workloads
- Substantial experience in an IT role or alike for HPC or large scale AI systems
- In depth knowledge with orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, SLURM or OpenShift
- Expertise in Deep Learning and Machine Learning, with experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Ideal candidate should understand how AI and HPC workloads interact with both HW and SW infrastructure
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to optimally collaborate with customers, management and engineering
- Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills in English
